The Entrepreneurship Centre at Saïd Business School is seeking an exceptional Programme Manager to join our high-performing Programmes Team. This is an exciting opportunity to help design, deliver and improve a diverse portfolio of initiatives that empower Oxford students and alumni to turn ideas into action.
Reporting to the Head of Programmes, you’ll work collaboratively with a dedicated team to manage programme logistics, coordinate with high-level stakeholders, track budgets and collect actionable feedback. Your work will enhance the student experience and help shape the future of entrepreneurship at Oxford.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a selection of the Centre’s programmes for Oxford Saïd and University-wide students.
- Collaborate with academics, entrepreneurs and business leaders to deliver inspiring and practical learning experiences.
- Oversee event planning, speaker sourcing and programme execution.
- Monitor and evaluate programme outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.
- Manage programme budgets and support fundraising initiatives through data and reporting.
You will have substantial experience managing programmes or projects within complex organisations, handling multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure and carrying out administrative duties in a busy environment. You should also have a strong track record of working with diverse stakeholders and organising events.
