Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford is seeking a motivated and highly organised MBA Recruitment Advisor to help drive our world-class MBA recruitment strategy.
As the MBA Recruitment Advisor, you will support the recruitment process for the Oxford MBA programme under the guidance of the MBA Recruitment & Admissions Manager. You’ll be at the heart of a dynamic team, providing expert advice and tailored support to prospective applicants, and helping to convert high-calibre candidates into enrolled students.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for prospective MBA applicants, offering tailored advice and guidance.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experiences through one-on-one support, visits and School events.
- Work closely with colleagues across Recruitment, Marketing, Careers and Alumni teams.
- Contribute to updates and improvements for brochures, websites and internal communications.
- Represent the School externally, serving as a professional and informed ambassador.
You will be an effective and engaging communicator with strong planning, organisational and time management skills. The role requires a customer-focused mindset, cross-cultural awareness and enthusiasm for engaging with people. Additionally, a high level of discretion and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
