As a Business Development Manager – Channel Partnerships, you will play a vital role in managing and nurturing relationships with our portfolio of global partners. You will be responsible for retaining and growing these partnerships, ensuring mutual success and supporting our ambitious goal to treble revenue in five years. This is a pivotal role, as you will shape and optimise how Oxford Saïd Online collaborates with partners, driving strategic engagement, effective communication and business development.
Key responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of partner accounts, aligning partnerships with Oxford Saïd Online’s objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in partner organisations.
- Monitor and report on partnership performance using KPI frameworks.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing partner accounts.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform growth strategies.
You will have proven experience in managing and growing partner relationships, with a successful track record in stakeholder engagement. With an innovative and commercially astute mindset, you should excel in managing commercial processes and negotiations, particularly with senior clients. Experience in business development within a business school or education setting, alongside a strong interest in online executive education and Learning & Development, is essential.
