As the Accreditation and Rankings Manager, you will collaborate with faculty and professional staff across the School to oversee accreditation processes and manage our participation in global rankings exercises. The ability to influence is critical, and you will be adept at working collaboratively and building relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders. You will be the main liaison with accreditation bodies such as AACSB and EQUIS, ensuring the School achieves the highest quality outcomes through its participation. Additionally, you will develop and implement data management systems, maintain accreditation standards.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee multiple accreditation projects, monitoring progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Develop and implement a rankings strategy for the School, focusing on key rankings such as FT, Bloomberg, and QS rankings.
• Map and manage the School's external accreditation portfolio, ensuring compliance with individual accreditation cycles.
• Understand accreditation standards and effectively communicate internally, collaborating closely with communications and marketing colleagues for external communication related to accreditation and rankings.
• Ensure timely completion and submission of accreditation reports, surveys, and data requests, providing progress reports and updates as required.
• Manage external accreditation review visits.
• Review and advance new accreditation initiatives in collaboration with the Dean, Deputy Deans, Associate Deans, and relevant Directors.
Criteria:
• Proven competency in the management and delivery of project based co-ordination activities.
• Demonstrable ability to rapidly become a subject matter expert to provide advice as well as concise and targeted recommendations, finding solutions to guarantee continuous improvement and innovation rather than protect the status quo.
• Highly effective interpersonal skills including the ability to keep calm under pressure, be comfortable handling ambiguity, work well with administrative staff, academics and external parties and to build an effective network of key contacts internally and externally.
