Saïd Business School is recruiting for a HR Administrator reporting to the HR Shared Services Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to be a key member of the HR Team, playing an important role by providing vital administrative support to the shared services of the HR Teams for both Academic and Professional staff.
You will take a supportive and collaborative approach in delivering an efficient, customer focused HR service for a range of staff, having high levels of personal discretion in dealing with confidential matters and you will have a keen focus on attention to detail, working closely with a range of stakeholders, including Said Business School staff and the wider University.
To be considered for this role you will need to have experience of working in an HR team and dealing with day-to-day operational HR matters, along with awareness of data protection and information security guideline and appropriate discretion when dealing with confidential information.
You will need to show demonstrable ability to prioritise workload, plan ahead, pay close attention to detail and produce accurate, detailed work within deadlines.
We would expect you to have experience of providing a high level of customer service with well-developed interpersonal skills.
