Saïd Business School and the HR Department are recruiting for two HR Coordinator’s who will report to the HR Shared Services Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity and an exciting time for you to join our team. In this role you will provide customer focused, comprehensive, pragmatic, legally compliant HR support to line managers, Senior Management and Supervisors within Saïd Business School and the subsidiary, Oxford Saïd Business School Limited (OSBSL), whilst maintaining a professional and corporate image.
As a specialist in this field, you will be able to offer advice and guidance to managers to maximise employee on-boarding, performance, development and retention.
You will be expected to be confident, knowledgeable, and experienced in the University procedures. Your responsibilities will include managing all HR Operations processes, including flexible working requests, maternity and paternity policies and end of fixed term contract processes, providing advice and guidance on the implementation of the policies, seeking the advice of the HR Business Partners where appropriate.
Furthermore, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring all HR related administrative duties are completed in a timely and accurate manner. These include, supporting employees by providing information and assistance throughout the employment lifecycle and managing the right to work application and record keeping process.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have significant and demonstrable HR experience within a similar organisational setting and have an excellent approach to customer service and stakeholder management.
