The Oxford Future of Marketing Initiative (FOMI) is building a small research team to support affiliated faculty and postdoctoral researchers based on the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford (SBS). FOMI is one of the main research initiatives/centres at SBS
We invite applications for the position Research Assistant, Oxford Future of Marketing Initiative at reporting to Dr Rhonda Hadi, Associate Professor of Marketing and Dr Cammy Crolic, Associate Professor of Marketing.
We are looking for outstanding candidates to fill one part-time research assistant position. You will work closely with the FOMI academic team on consumer behaviour experimental research projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain academic research experience in business / marketing / technology, to learn from one of the world’s leading groups of academic researchers in marketing, and to work on research projects in collaboration with FOMI industry partners that will have significant impacts on their businesses.
To be considered for this role you will need to engage with relevant counterparts in FOMI partner companies working on projects in collaboration with FOMI academics.
Support FOMI research projects, under the direction of FOMI academics (faculty, postdoctoral researchers), on all experimental research aspects and support researcher with experimental/study design and programming surveys using web-based survey tools.
You will also need to assist in preparing research stimuli, collecting all appropriate materials, and reserving and setting-up laboratory space and help recruit in-person and online participants using in-person approach, channels within the business school, existing databases, and cloud-based data collection platforms.
