This is an exciting new role contributing to the efficient and effective administration of the GLAM Divisional Office (currently 25 staff with a budget of £1.2m). The postholder will be responsible for providing executive support to the Divisional Secretary, including drafting committee papers and reports, as well as leading a variety of projects that support the divisional objectives.
In addition, the Projects Officer will play a key role in supporting the planning and delivery of Oxford Cultural Leaders (OCL), a sector-leading executive leadership programme run annually by GLAM in partnership with the University’s Saïd Business School (www.glam.ox.ac.uk/oxford-cultural-leaders). The postholder will be responsible for implementing the logistical elements of OCL and will provide support to the Head of Programmes and Partnerships in further content development and evaluation of the programme, as well as additional cultural sector leadership research projects and activities.
