You will be responsible for managing your own academic research and administrative activities and keep records of all experimental results. You will test hypotheses and analyse scientific data from a variety of sources, reviewing and refining working hypotheses as appropriate. You will also adapt existing and develop new scientific analytical pipelines to support the project goals. Working as part of a team, you will co-operatively work with senior and junior colleagues and share research resources.

 

It is essential that you hold a PhD/DPhil (or be close to completion) in proteomics or a related area. You must have an advanced proficiency to analyse proteomic data. You must also have the ability to develop new analytical methods and to demonstrate their utility in biomedical research.
