We are currently recruiting for an Office Assistant to join an established secretarial and administration team in our Northampton office.
As Office Assistant, you will ensure all administrative duties are carried out in a timely and efficient manner and assist in general office and secretarial duties.
Typical duties would include:
- Making refreshments for client meetings, clearing away & loading dishwasher
- Opening and circulating incoming post
- Scanning incoming post (using CCH software)
- Helping with outgoing post including recorded and special deliveries
- Answering the telephone
- Meet and greet visitors as required
- Unloading stationery and other orders
- Assisting with mailshots
- Assisting with typing and secretarial work, as and when required
- Make up client files
- Locate missing files
- Renew client files when necessary
- Assist with filing generally
- Ad hoc duties
To be suitable for this role, you will have:
